Dharma for Kids is intended
to introduce children of all ages to Kadampa Buddhist meditation.
Classes include brief prayers, a short meditation and simple teachings.
Every class will emphasize
developing inner peace, practicing kindness with others, and keeping
a happy heart. Parents are welcome too!.
$1 class fee per family.
